How long does a project take?+
It depends on the format: a landing page ships in 5–7 business days, a business website in 2–3 weeks, e-commerce in 3–5 weeks. Custom platforms start at 6 weeks.
How does payment work?+
50% upfront, 50% on delivery. We accept EFT and card. All prices in South African Rand (ZAR), with VAT invoiced when applicable.
Do I own the site? Am I locked in?+
100% yours. We hand over all source code and transfer the domain and hosting to your account. No lock-in.
Do you handle SEO?+
Yes. Every site is built with SEO best practices (performance, semantic markup, meta tags, sitemap, structured data) — tuned for the South African market.
Can I request changes after launch?+
Yes. Every package includes a post-launch support window (30–90 days). After that, monthly maintenance is available.
What if I don't like the design?+
Every project includes revision rounds. If you're still not happy with the first design delivery, we refund 100% of what you've paid — no questions asked.
Do you work with clients outside South Africa?+
Yes. We serve all of South Africa (Cape Town, Joburg, Durban, Pretoria) and clients across Africa and abroad. Communication in English.
