• Identity and contact: name, email, phone (via forms).
• Account data: when you create an account on our client portal.
• Payment data: processed directly by Paystack; we do not store card details.
• Browsing data: IP, browser, pages visited (via anonymous analytics).

3. Purposes and lawful basis

• Responding to proposal requests (pre-contractual measures).
• Providing contracted services (performance of contract).
• Complying with tax and legal obligations.
• Informational communications with your explicit consent.

4. Operators and third parties

• Lovable Cloud — database and authentication infrastructure.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Paystack — payment processing (registered South African provider).
• Cloudflare / hosting — application hosting and CDN.

All are bound by data processing agreements consistent with POPIA.

5. Retention

Leads and enquiries: 24 months. Invoicing records: 5 years (SARS requirement). User accounts: until deletion requested.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, object to and restrict processing of your information. Contact privacy@vertice.studio. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
